Welcome to Adams Retreat a gorgeous, newly renovated mid-century modern home located just a few blocks from Main Street in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for group getaways or family vacations, Adams Retreat can sleep up to 6 guests. Come enjoy the weekend in the Texas Wine Country area and relax at Adams Retreat in the beautiful backyard and comfortable living space. The house includes two bedrooms each with king beds, a large lounge area with a queen sleeper sofa, comfy living room, two bathrooms, and a dining area. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, glassware, pots/pans, insulated tumblers, toaster, blender, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room and lounge area both include a TV with Roku (bring your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. login information). There is high-speed WIFI at Adams Retreat with good signal throughout the house and also the back/front yards. The backyard area features a hot tub, Fire pit, private outdoor shower, corn-hole game, and a patio table with seating for 6.

We have complimentary off-street parking for 4 cars in the driveway and 1-2 cars on the street in front of the house.

We don’t like lots of rules, but we need to list a few here.

As per city ordinances, please adhere to quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am.

Webcam is positioned over the Garage and is the only one on the property, there is an inside and outside sound level monitoring system. The monitoring devices do no record any conversations; they only measure and report sound levels. See Noise Aware website for specifics.

Please limit over night guest to 6 people.

For the comfort of all guest; sorry no pets allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in any parts of the house; however, feel free to light up outside. Please make use of the “flower pot” cigarette butt receptacles.
