The Space:

Hot tub cottage with an open-plan living space with high, vaulted ceilings that create a bright and airy atmosphere. The space is designed for comfort and convenience, blending rustic charm with modern amenities.



Main Living Area:

Cozy sofa bed and lounge chairs for relaxing in front of the TV.

Efficient air conditioning for your comfort.

A striking black spiral staircase leads to the loft bedroom.



Kitchenette:

Fully-equipped with a retro red refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven.

Coffee maker (Keurig) with complimentary coffee pods provided.

Includes all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.



Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps Up to 4):

Bedroom 1 (Open on Main Level): Restful King-size bed.

Bedroom 2 (Open Loft): Unique, elevated space with a cozy Queen-size bed.

Note: Sleeps up to 4 guests. The king bed, queen loft bed, and pullout sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements, but maximum occupancy remains 4.



Bathroom:

Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Complimentary hotel-style amenities: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

Shared Access:

As part of a larger 1.2-acre estate, you also have access to beautiful shared grounds, which may be used by guests of another rental on the property. These amenities include:

- A charming treehouse.

- The outdoor fireplace (a stunning stone fixture under the pergola) provides cozy evening ambiance with seating areas.

- A seasonal creek area at the back of the property.



Other Things to Note:

There is another bookable vacation rental on-site that shares access to the pergola, outdoor fireplace, and picnic table. Other travelers may be present during your stay, but you will have a private yard and hot tub.



For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located in the parking area and front doors.



Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Early check in may be available upon request for a fee.



Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the cottage.



Pets are welcome, but there is a pet fee, so please include your pet on the reservation so we know they are coming as well.



There is absolutely no smoking inside the unit. A minimum $250 dollar fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.



Interaction with Guests:

Shared Property: Please be aware that this is a private cottage located on a property that has another bookable vacation rental. Other travelers may be present on the shared grounds during your stay. However, your cottage, yard, and hot tub are 100% private and for your exclusive use.

Connectivity: Complimentary WiFi is available for guests throughout the cottage.
