Excellent service from start to finish. Well appointed room, stylish design and spotlessly clean! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Everything worked except: 1- Upon arrival we were informed that there is no daily cleaning service. Only once every 3 days. This was never mentioned on the site. 2- We never got the toilet paper we requested and when we complained about it at check-out, the girl told us: “The guy that was in charge of the reception las night is new”.
