The Hotel is in a great location. Biggest problems were the low quality and high cost of meals in the Hotel & the daily problems with getting coffee at breakfast as the machines kept malfunctioning.

5-star hotel in central Frankfurt. Rooms are impeccable, great pillows, mattresses, entertainment. Situated close to everything. Staff are all highly trained and spectacular. Very expensive but you get what you pay for. Would avoid restaurant "Oscar's-" overpriced and poor service/food average at best. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Avoid "Valet" parking- public parking garage across street 25 Euro/day and that's where valet parks car and charges 45 Euro/day

The room was amazing. From cleanliness to amenities including having two individual covers on the bed. (Something we always struggle to get at other hotels) Staff were amazing all through the hotel. Breakfast was superb. We had dinner one night in the hotel and it too was amazing.
