The hotel is located very near the airport terminal (Frankfurt), and there is the frequent connecting shuttle service, which is very convenient. Since I checked through my big luggage with the airline, I was able to travel with only with my overnight/computer bag, which made it a breeze.
Three things I would suggest to the hotel management for non English speakers.
1. Wake-up call: please leave the instruction in the room so that we know what to do. The answering machine was solely in German, and I got the gist of it, but I was left with a sense of uncertainly. I telephoned the reception desk, after midnight, but there was no one to pick up that call. I had to go down to the lobby to make the arrangement for the morning call, although I was extremely tired by then... I got the internet "code" only then as well.
2. The coffee maker: The lid to the little water tank was broken. Please periodically check to make sure that coffee maker in the individual rooms is in proper working order.
3. Breakfast: The consomme soup was too cold. I added green onions and other condiments, but it was inedible, because the soup was too cold to soften the condiments. Also, I'm gluten flee. There are lots of interesting options these days (such as "sour dough bread"). I got a nicely toasted gluten free bread, but unfortunately, it had no taste and the texture was not good. I think it is easy to make an improvement on this point.
Otherwise, I would have given you a five star,
