The evening front desk staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I observed a disparity in the treatment I received compared to other guests, and I was not proactively provided with information regarding the location of amenities. Obtaining the Wi-Fi access code required persistent inquiry. The room's ambiance was dim and cool, and the bathroom mirror light was only partially functional. Despite the room's temperature, my request for an additional blanket resulted in an offer to relocate rooms during the night. The breakfast selection was notably limited in plant-based and vegan options. However, the airport shuttle service proved to be highly convenient.

A great stay here at the Steigenberger Hotel, Frankfurt Airport. Helpful friendly staff, a good sized room, comfortable bed and clean throughout. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

On the positive side, we received an upgrade to the executive tower, but the executive lounge was not open. On the negative side, Room Service seemed to be lacking, as the lotion was empty. The air conditioning did not cool the room properly and it was too hot to sleep well.

We paid the city tax at check in. We didn’t get a receipt they then tried to charge us again at check out and we’re not very friendly. The front desk staff didn’t know how to use the voucher. The room was darkly lit with limited privacy in the bathroom. Not a great experience.

Very easy shuttle to and from the airport, running every 20 minutes, 24 hours/day. I was upgraded to an executive suite when I arrived, but was not staying long enough to enjoy it (late arrival, extremely early departure). Beautiful room and kind attendants.
