Showed up at 11:30 pm right as the restaurant was closing because my train was late to a massive line at check in and very slow service. When I reached the front finally the person told me to wait as if I hadn’t already been doing that for 30 + min after a brutal travel day. She was very nice and helped me out to get checked in. I mentioned I was only staying a few hours since my train was so late and she asked me when I planned on checking out. It doesn’t matter I paid for the room I’ll return my card when I do. Please let me get to my room and not ask dumb questions. Then when I got to the room the menu was terrible but I found a few things only for my phone not to work in the room and the menu online was not operable. Made it for a hungry and disappointing evening. I expect more from an expensive property like the Sheridan. I’ll be staying elsewhere next time in Frankfurt

The room was beautiful and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that there were plenty of dining options downstairs. I was traveling solo so it was extremely convenient having the airport terminal across the way. It is only a short walk across a bridge to get to an elevator that takes you down to the level needed. It’s tricky to find, but if you ask for help it won’t be a problem.

Fantastic location with clean modern rooms. Great cigar bar too. Restaurants were more than adequate and the breakfast was great. Right on the airport no need for taxi or train. The Squaire is also great for quick shopping or alternative restaurants.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and no noise from the airport invaded our room overnight. It was about a 5 minute walk to terminal 1, perfect for our early flight. There was also a self checkout option.

Very easy location for Frankfurt flights— walk right to the terminal. We arrived in the early morning and added a day use rate for the day (8am -6pm) to our one night stay. It made life so much easier to hop off the plane and know a bed was waiting for us. Three hour nap and we were good to explore Frankfurt later that afternoon.

Hotel room and furniture were starting to look a bit shabby. Small coffee cups were completely unworkable for anything other than an espresso shot, but some designer probably specified them because they look chic. Bathroom ventilation was practically nonexistent. Instead of soap, there was a bottle of body wash, which was empty. I tried calling reception three times to get more, but no one answered. Not what you expect when you pay for Sheraton. This location is obviously trading heavily on its airport location and the passing trade that brings. Whoever is running this needs to care more.
