Good Stay

Check in was easy as receptionist was so helpful and took time to help us with getting around the city. Rooms are fine everthing there that we needed for our stay. Getting into the city was easy so great area to stay. Only problem was the lifts were broken on our second day so had to use the stairs from the top floor to take our cases down.

For a newly built hotel/apartments you would think everything is still new and clean, but it was very dirty. The pillows were yellow under the covers. There were stains and spilled food on the walls in the room, it could easly be cleaned but wasn’t. The toilet was somehow clean, but it always had a bad smell, as if the pipes were clogged.

A little bit noisy as trains road are very close to hotel. And I was there in August at that time it was hot weather and in hotel there are no any air conditioners in rooms. It would be great to provide as minimum fans.

Absoluter Horror. Bin rückwärts raus und habe ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Alles komplett verdreckt, keine Beschilderung wo die Zimmer sind. Fahrstuhl kaputt, aber kein Wegweiser zum Trepprnhaus. Volle Mülltüten auf den Gängen.

Es gibt kein Personal. Es geht nur noch ums Geld verdienen. Kein Service, keine Qualität. Das Zimmer nicht sauber. Keine Klimaanlage. Bei offenen Fenstern Verkehrslärm und Abgase die ganze Nacht. Eine Küche, aber kaum Geschirr. Eine Lampe mitten im Zimmer hängt im Weg und eine automatische Klospülung die mehr Wasser verbraucht wie nötig, weil sie ständig angeht, wenn man davor steht. Was soll DAS??? Nur ein Fahrstuhl im ganzen Haus, der dann auch noch teilweise defekt ist. Wer bewertet so ein Hotel mit sehr gut oder werden auch hier kritische Stimmen gelöscht???

Weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll Ich war 1 monat da und in der zeit hat man es nicht hinbekommen den Kühlschrank in meinem zimmer zu reparieren. Dann die Gemeinschaftsküche war echt nie sauber und es hat an jeglichem Besteck gefehlt. Die Handtücher waren ebenfalls nicht sauber und oft befleckt. Wenn man auf der straßen Seite schläft fahren alle 10min s bahnen vorbei und es ist echt laut. Darüberhinaus hat auch der Ventilator nicht funktioniert im Zimmer selbst der wurde nicht ausgetauscht und bei 40 grad hätte man vielleicht einen gebrauchen können
