This was our last night of a 2-week stay in Germany. Check-in was efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a visually-impaired conference nearby and we were able to observe the staff pay attention to the the hotel guests were part of that. We had the buffet breakfast the next morning before leaving for the airport and it was very good. If you are taking the S-Bahn to the Hbf, I suggest taking the S3 or S4 from the Frankfurt Messe station. The M46 bus is also an option.

This hotel was the first and last hotel on our 2-week trip by train through Germany. We walked here from the Hbf and were very tired after a long flight from Canada and arrived in the lobby at 10AM. Our room would not be ready until 3PM. We sat in the lobby and must have looked a sorry sight. Our check-in person gave us a complimentary room upgrade to Premier Plus and we were in our room before noon. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to leave at 6AM to catch our ICE train to Hamburg so we did not get to enjoy breakfast.

It is a bit further to walk to from the train station, but worth it to be in a quieter neighborhood. Family-friendly, I did not try the breakfast here yet, but I would expect it to be ok.

Nice and well located hotel

The hotel is quite new and located in a nice surrounding, near convention hall and concert hall. Food and shopping outlets are nearby and easily accessible. The Skyline Mall is just a short walk away. Public transports are a short 500-1000m away.

Seems like a newer area, close to other hotels and a shopping mall. Felt really safe although I did find it a bit far from transit. Spacious and clean room though I did have problem with the access key for the first few times trying to get into room.
