Room smelled really bad, like some type of chemicals, probably from carpet cleaning. The breakfast buffet was really disorganized. Nobody was controlling people coming in so it was really hard to find a table. It took me 15 minutes just walking around to find somebody leaving. The food was ok.

The hotel staff was amazing! So very helpful, I can't say enough about them. The blond woman in the Lounge Restaurant on the main floor should not have a customer-facing position. The rudeness is beyond anything I have ever experienced. There are several floors being renovated. We were on a renovated floor. For Americans staying at the hotel, the rooms are smaller than what you would normally have in the states, but they accommodate 4 people, which is not always available at hotels in Europe. Stay clear of the Lounge Restaurant and you will enjoy the stay!

No Laundry Facilities

Common areas are outdated and worn looking but rooms are quite comfortable and clean. My one complaint is that they list “laundry facilities” as one of their amenities. To me this means I can do my own laundry in machines on site. However, what they actually have is laundry services where you send laundry out to be done and it’s quite expensive.

We stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, and this was the first place we came across that actually had a safe, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and really added to the stay. On the downside, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It was also disappointing that laundry service wasn’t available on weekends — something we only found out when we asked about it, rather than being informed beforehand. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Lastly, the Leo Bar, while stylish, was quite expensive compared to expectations.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Superior Zimmer gebucht das war schön. Leider gab es weder Wasserkocher (in der Beschreibung aber angegeben) noch Löffel für Tee oder Kaffee. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer reserviert und ein Doppelbett bekommen. Das war zwar nicht allzu schlimm, aber eben nicht das was wir gekauft hatten.

Etage 7 im Rohbau Fenster undicht Teppich im Zimmer mit Brandflecken und anderen undefinierten Flecken. Fahrstühle 10 min warten um zum Frühstück zu kommen. Duschkopfhalterung defekt. Zimmer wurde vor Aufenthalt wohl nicht gesaugt. Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkon. Fensterdichtungen nicht vorhanden. Schimmel in der Minibar. Türzargen unter aller Sau. Im Bad kommen die Paneele von der Decke. Das hat keine 4 Sterne verdient. Ach ja. Frühstück war so voll, dass es keine Sitzplätze mehr gab. Zimmerwechsel wegen Überfüllung nicht mgl.
