Staff are really welcoming and friendly, the room service guy (I forget his name! So sorry!) was so lovely to chat to and really attentive. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s a super convenient location, right in the old town/altstadt. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Can be a bit noisy at times because the walls are thin!
