The carpet in the room was disgusting. Had to keep my socks on to walk. There was no sufficient towels for 2 guests. No shower caps either and no wood stick to stir your coffee. It felt the cleaners weren’t thorough servicing it. When I made the booking I filtered options for shuttle service included and unfortunately it wasn’t and had to pay £20 each way for less than a mile ride. Overall it was a bad experience

Comfortable, quiet and very pleasant stay!

Would 100% recommend staying here. I travelled on my own and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were super clean and most importantly for me it was incredibly quiet. I am extremely noise sensitive and I was worried about being within such a close proximity to the airport that you would hear the planes noise…but there was no sound at all !! I slept very well, the bed was incredibly comfortable and I would definitely return.

Excellent room but no airport shuttle.

Excellent hotel. The room was large, pleasant, and well-equipped. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the lack of an airport shuttle. (Apparently they discontinued this service earlier in 2025.) I took a taxi in both directions at a cost of 15 Euros per trip. You should make sure you factor this cost into your decision.

£10 check in fee for arriving an hour early is ridiculous! I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and usually the room is ready before arrival. Quiet considering it’s right on the airport which is great - couldn’t hear the planes. Food at the restaurant was good.

Because there is no free parking, and it was BY THE HOUR, not by the day, we returned our rental car early. I asked the staff on how to use the public transportation. They tried really hard. But with limited English, and my very limited German, there were things left unsaid that should have been said. Such as the name of the station where we were located. We spent 11 euros each to go just one stop! When we came back to the hotel, there I saw a sign with more info regarding the train. WBU did the staff not show me this sign? Oh and they had no caffeinated coffee to give us in our room, tho they offered us to come downstairs for a free coffee
