A spacious and bright 70-square-meter apartment located just 100 meters from the sea, in a newly built, well-finished complex with communal green spaces.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people. The property is situated in the picturesque town of Francavilla al Mare, famous for its crystal-clear waters.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and two covered balconies. Free on-site parking.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, built-in closet, and EN-SUITE BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a dresser, a desk with a chair, and a computer station (monitor, keyboard, and mouse);

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, 32" SMART TV, and a dining table with chairs;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with walk-in shower (raised), sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- BALCONY I (access from the living room) with a dining table, chairs, and two outdoor lounge chairs;

- BALCONY II (access from both bedrooms).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited fiber-optic Wi-Fi, independent heating with underfloor heat pump, ducted air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito screens, hair dryer, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.



The garden is shared.



Free parking is available. The parking area is located within the condominium grounds and is not accessible to others.



A travel crib for children is available upon request for an additional fee.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Pescara Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

- EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

- EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

- From Pescara Centrale Station: You can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the Pescara-Capolinea Piazzale Repubblica stop to the Francavilla-SS.16 stop heading south toward C/da S.Giuseppe, just a 5-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can rent a car (19 minutes).



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park on-site for free. Uncovered parking,

also suitable for SUVs.
