The property is located in Francavilla al Mare, a charming seaside town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, in an area with plenty of amenities. The beach is just 100 meters away, and the picturesque Costa dei Trabocchi is about a 20-minute drive away.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- FULL BATHROOM with a bathtub with integrated shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BALCONY (accessible from Bedroom 2);

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Pescara Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

- EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

- EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.



Francavilla al Mare is a charming seaside town in Abruzzo, overlooking the Adriatic Sea and located in the province of Chieti. This picturesque stretch of coastline is perfect for those who love nature, seascapes, and authentic local cuisine.

- From Pescara International Airport, you can reach the apartment in about 15 minutes by taxi. Alternatively, you can first take a shuttle to the “Pescara Via Conte di Ruvo Michetti” stop and then take shuttle 21 to the “Francavilla al Mare Viale Tosti” stop, which is a 1-minute walk away.



- From Pescara Centrale Station, you can reach the accommodation in 50 minutes by shuttle bus by taking Line 21 to the “Francavilla al Mare Viale Tosti” stop and continuing on foot.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, free parking is available in the vicinity of the property.
