Excellent hotel, very new, very good facilities. Great shower! Breakfast with many varieties, including several natural juices, in addition to Arabic snacks that I really enjoyed: kibbeh, hummus, Curd, arábica bread, scrambled eggs, cakes. In short, highly recommended. It's not exactly in the center, but a little far from the bus terminal, from where almost all buses depart for the various destinations.

it’s a very nice property, the rooms are simple but they have the necessary for a good rest, very clean and the location of the hotel was very convenience, the breakfast excellent! Bait and Switch

We prepaid 2 nights at this hotel because we were arriving at 2am and wanted to ensure we had a nice place to stay. When we arrived, we met the host in the un-air condtioned lobby. She then proceeded to inform us there was a mistake and they had NO rooms available. However, they had a sister property. The place was the worst place we've ever slept in.... ever.... broken air conditioning, moldy smell in room, roaches in the room, very uncomfortable bed. We had no choice.. it was 2am and a dangerous neighborhood at night. We checked online and it was showing Safa was available!! The sister property.. price was less than half of Safa online and Safa did not offer any reimbursement. They took our money and we did not get what was promised. Stay away!
