They staff couldn’t do enough to help and were friendly and kind. Even opened up the breakfast buffet 15 minutes early so we could have food before taking our onward bus journey.

O pessoal da recepção é muito gente boa, porém no banheiro não tem suporte para papel higiênico (tem que ficar no chão ou molhando na pia) sem suporte de shampoo nem sabonete (tem que ficar segurando na mão) outro problema é a garagem que fica pela quadra de traz e sempre ao chegar e sair tem que pegar controle na portaria e na sequencia devolver (bem chato isso) e os sacos de lixo ficam esparramados na garagem, mal dava pra por as coisas no porta malas sem pisar em lixo.

O cardápio do café da manhã NAO era fresco, no segundo dia vi itens do dia anterior. A limpeza do quarto era muito boa, a cama do quarto muito boa, os funcionários do hotel excelentes e a localização do hotel émuito boa também. Apenas a estrutura do hotel que já é um pouco velha. Cerâmicas soltando, torneiras enferrujadas e faltando acabamento. Mas pelo preço que paguei e como so utilizo o hotel para dormir são coisas "toleráveis" tendo em vista a educação de todos os funcionários.
