Excellent staff and great comfort

Staff is very helpful and speak good English. Helped us with the public bus to Iguacu national park and stored our luggage from checkout until we left in the evening for free. Comfort is okay, rooms are bit too small.

The breakfast was great ! Room HC doesn't work well and very noisy in some room I have been changing two room for that. Front desk person's pretty friendly and helpful. The cleaning is not that great though. The toilet was not even clean but marked as sterilized !

Que lugar péssimo , pia entupida , não limpam o apartamento , ar barulhento, barulho nos corredores. O lugar é tão ruim que sai mais cedo e deixei uma diária pra trás. E o pior o valor que estavam cobrando. Absurdo total.
