We stadyed 3 nights, I put a clean room sing on the doornob, ask for clean up. but still no help clean the room and change towels , every day l had to the front desk ask them get the towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My son loved the various pools and arcade room. The staff were very friendly and the tour manager helped us to organised private transport. The buffet was varied with a delicious selection of freshly cooked food. The location was great - a short taxi ride to the falls and to get across the border to Argentina. Dreamland park was just across the road and had lots of fun activities also. Such great value!

The hotel was very old did not look like it was taking care enough I had bugs and ants all over the room Some lights didnt work properly in the room The swimming pool water was so dirty In the breakfast time the hotel did not have enough table for the people However the staff were very nice 👍

Overall, it does the job. I wish the rooms were more alike; one room had hairdryer, tv remote, and a shower door that didn’t quite close. The other room didn’t have a hair dryer, no tv remote, and the toilet door didn’t quite close.

Falta mejorar servicio en sector de recepción. El restaurant, muy poca opciones y calidad en menu. Servicio de los mozos del restaurante regular, falta mejorar el servicio. El agua de la pileta, al aire libre, muy turbia la momento de usarlo (17:00 a 21:00 aprox)...mejorar el tratamiento del agua.
