Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Ruim. A TV não é smart, pequena e só tinha um canal em TV aberta. O teto do banheiro é mofado, o banheiro está em péssimo estado de conservação, o teto do quarto é estranho. O café da manhã é ruim, fomos comer os ovos mexidos e tinham pedaços de casca de ovo, o teto do café está remendado com tábuas de plástico, está mofado e com infiltração. O chão do quarto range quando se pisa. Tudo mediano ou ruim, não recomendamos!

As únicas coisas boas desse hotel são: Localização e o Café da manhã. O hotel é bem escuro, antigo e totalmente deplorável, nos colocaram em um quarto de casal que parecia um cativeiro de tão pequeno, o registro que abre o chuveiro estava quebrado e não tinha água quente! Somente no dia seguinte nós arrumaram um quarto melhor, maior e com um chuveiro que funcionava, mas o chão estava com os pisos soltos e quebrados, o que poderia ter gerado um acidente e a tampa do vaso sanitário TMB estava toda quebrada, para deixar assim, era melhor terem tirado e deixado sem. As toalhas finas, desgastadas e extremamente ásperas. Agora o estacionamento TMB é pago a parte, mas como não tinha vaga, tive que estacionar no hotel ao lado. Não recomendo, pois mesmo quem for somente para dormir, vc não terá um chuveiro quente para tomar um bom banho e relaxar.

Péssima experiência. Durante a estadia faltou energia por diversas vezes. A água não estava aquecendo o suficiente no chuveiro e por vezes ficava fria. A infraestrutura era péssima, o banheiro não estava limpo e carecia de reforma. Espelhos velhos e a porta não abria às vezes com o cartão. A única coisa relativamente boa foi o café da manhã. Impressionante uma cidade desse porte com hospedagens tão caras e carente de redes hoteleiras. Eu já viajei o Brasil inteiro e fiquei surpreso com os preços absurdos de Foz. Na próxima talvez me hóspede em países vizinhos.

Prédio muito antigo e sem sinais de manutenções ou melhorias. Cama desconfortável, travesseiros ruim e de baixa qualidade. Banheiro com infiltração no teto, ao tomar banho, em virtude da água, o banheiro ficava todo alagado devido a falta de vedação do box. Elevador bem antigo, a porta não abriu no segundo dia. Então, decidi usar só escadas… visto que, estava no primeiro andar. Café da manhã muito simples, sem variedades e com o mesmo buffet todos os dias. Fazia apenas uma torrada e acompanhava com um café com leite. Recepcionistas muito confusos e perdidos. Todavia, tentam ser solícitos

O edifício é bem antigo, precisa de uma boa reforma. Para quem passa fora do hotel a maior parte do tempo; atende às necessidades, o café da manhã e bem fraco; para quem gosta de muito pão, atende a esse tipo de gosto. A localização é muito boa. O hotel nao tem atrativo nenhum, é apenas um dormitório .

Horrível! Não quero voltar nunca mais! Hotel velho e totalmente sem higiene. Quartos com mofo e até barata! Tivemos que trocar de quarto e ainda sim não ficamos satisfeitos! Você simplesmente não consegue dormir, tudo é muito barulhento, fedido. O quarto 166 é o pior quarto de hotel que já vi na minha vida! Dispensem esse hotel, ainda mais se forem em casal! Quando chegamos para check-in a atendente perguntou: "do hoteis.com?" e deu um sorrizinho pra colega, nos mandou para o pior quarto! Simplesmente não fechem com esse hotel.

Localização excelente, com certeza o melhor que o hotel tem a oferecer. Fica a uma rua do terminal onde pegamos o ônibus para Argentina, mas os ônibus municipais também passam na avenida ao lado. Percebe-se que quando construído, o hotel era luxuoso, o teto inteiro tem detalhes no gesso, porém, nítido que faz anos que não vê uma reforma. Como nos passamos o dia fora e só dormíamos, foi super ok. Na semana que ficamos, estava muito frio em foz (6 graus) e o chuveiro, apesar de a gás, esquentou menos que um lorenzetti kkkkkkkk o café da manhã era básico mas completo (pães, ovo, bolo, frutas, etc). No geral, a estadia foi boa

Agradecer a atendente Mila que foi super simpática e muitíssimo atenciosa, ainda bem que existe pessoas que usam a empatia, pois, sou idoso e fui muito bem atendido pela atendente Angela e também por todos os atendentes da Rede Andrade Mirante, sou viajante assíduo e pude constatar o compromisso em oferecer uma excelente experiência em nossas estadias, café da manhã super digno, um envolvimento de todos para oferecer o melhor, indico para todos, não é um resort , nas tem piscina e tem calor humano que é sempre bem vindo.
