We have stayed at this motel many times because we have relatives is this area. Usually we stay for 1 or 2 nights this time we stayed for 4 nights because of the Christmas holiday and family parties. I was disappointed to find out we had no maid service during this stay. Beds were not made and no clean towels were not given out .I had to go to the front desk for clean towels.

When we arrived after a 1 hr 45 min drive we were told we have been relocated to a hotel 25 mis further away. No notice from Expedia or the hotel was given prior. We ended up missing the beging of the event we were there for. New hotel was also under construction and the elevator was broken.Wont be back

I wasn't happy about the 'hidden fee' -- to wit: a $25 pre-4 pm check-in fee. (We were allowed to access the room without paying it.) It does seem that it would be good customer service just to let people check in early if a room is available. On that point, the hotel seemed empty. Just a day before I had received an email message (legit?) about a class action suit against Sonesta for hidden fees.
