I’ve stayed here frequently in the past year. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’ve complimented the girls a few times. Customer service seems to have disappeared these days but they are the exception. The rooms are usually very clean and stocked well. Now the last time I stayed, the sheets that were used for the sofa bed from the previous guest were balled up between the sofa and wall. I didn’t complain I wasn’t using the sofa bed no big deal things happen. But last night, there was a half roll of toilet paper from the prior guests and one full one the tissue box had one tissue in it. There were crumbs under the sofa. The balcony door was left unlocked. The bath tub faucet is a disaster. Last but not least there was a faint smell of wet dog in the living room area. I hope these things get addressed I do love staying here and the front desk staff again I will repeat are great with the exception of one they deserve the praise and respect I have for them. Thank you.
