I booked 2 rooms thru Expedia and when we showed up only one was in the system. The front desk told me that this happens all the time with Expedia. That was very disappointing to hear. I called Expedia and they confirmed I booked 2 rooms but when they called the front desk there was nothing they could do. I ended up having to buy an extra room on the spot for the same price but it took 30 minutes and I didn't earn Expedia points for the 2nd room. Bummer.
