O quarto é espaçoso, no entanto, o banheiro possui box pequeno. Se a pessoa for muito alta, não terá conforto no banho, pois o chuveiro fica no teto. Meu quarto não tinha vista para a praia, ficava de frente a um prédio. As janelas eram transparentes, sendo que quem estava no prédio à frente poderia ver a pessoa no quarto. Havia cortina, então se quisesse privacidade, teria que mantê-la fechada. Isso não foi um problema para nós, pois passamos grande parte do tempo em passeios. O café é muito bom e atendeu minhas expectativas. Tinha bolos zero lactose e zero gluten, além de shots matinais, para quem desejava. Haviam máquinas de café para todos os gostos, além de sucos. O suco de cajá e detox eram muito bons. Ainda sobre o café, havia uma pessoa que fazia omeletes e tapiocas todos os dias, com recheios variados. A localização é muito boa, próximo ao aterro de Iracema ficando há alguns minutos a pé da feirinha da Beira Mar. Como gostamos de caminhar, gastamos 25 minutos até o Mercado Central, passando pelo Dragão do Mar, que é um ponto turístico de Fortaleza. O Mercado dos Peixeis fica há 10 minutos de carro e cerca de 45 minutos andando. A caminhada vale a pena, pois é em toda a Beira Mar, passando pela Feirinha e um pier na praia do Meireles. Uma informação importante, conseguimos fazer late check out, devido há uma mudança repentina de voo da companhia aérea. Por fim, a estadia foi muito boa e aproveitamos bastante todo esse período sem nenhuma intercorrência.

Olá! Somos muito fãs do IBIS, ALL. Mas neste hotel, tivemos uma dificuldade com relação a TV, que era pequena e antiga e não tinha internet nela (smart). A cama parecia instável e pedimos para mudar de quarto. Deu trabalho para algo simples e tivemos que acionar o email de customer relationschip, junto à gerência. Conseguimos mudar de quarto depois de 2 dias, em uma estadia de 5 dias (Foram dois períodos intercalados total de 7 diárias). Achamos também que os banheiros dos 2 quartos que ficamos precisam de uma reforma, há acúmulo de água no chão, desnível, etc, mas isso é compreensível em um prédio mais antigo. Fora isso, tudo certo. O café da manhã com cuscuz e tapioca todos os dias estava perfeito; o fato de ser praticamente de frente para a praia também foi ótimo, pertinho da feirinha, perto de tudo. Gostamos também do atendimento da moça da limpeza, com a qual falamos em duas ocasiões. Recomendo.

O quarto estava de acordo com o anúncio, com uma estrutura ampla e confortável. Os espaços coletivos, como o restaurante e a piscina, tornaram a experiência ainda mais completa. O hotel está localizado a poucos passos da orla de Iracema e próximo a diversos serviços, como táxi, farmácia e supermercados. Destaco, especialmente, a equipe de funcionários, sempre muito educada e atenciosa às demandas, assim como o café da manhã, bem servido e com uma boa variedade de opções para a primeira refeição do dia. Recomendo, pois foi uma estadia excelente.

Meu banheiro vazava água do box. O tapete do banheiro ficava encharcado. Não aspiravam ou variam o chão. Derramei sem querer um pouquinho de protetor solar no chão enquanto passava no meu corpo. Limpei com papel higiênico mas a mancha ficou no chão. Quando voltei a mancha estava do mesmo jeito! Foi uma acomodação adequada, mas poderia melhorar!
