Terraços do Atlântico Building—Beautiful oceanfront apartments with spectacular views, ideal for those seeking quality, comfort, and hotel-style services. Located along the boardwalk and the famous Praia Ideal beach, between Iracema and Beira Mar beaches, with taxis right at the door and a minibus that stops right in front. The Feirinha market is 800 meters away, and 300 meters away you’ll find Monsenhor Tabosa Avenue (a famous shopping district and banking hub). The most important events (Carnival, New Year’s Eve, concerts) take place right in front of the building.

Services Not Included:

- Electricity consumption (R$ 1.30 per kW consumed). We take meter readings upon check-in and check-out, calculate the total at the end of your stay, and payment will be made via bank transfer or cash.

Great Location

I had a great stay. The apartment building was clean, security and concierge were nice and professional. You are walking distance to everything you want in the great area.
