I never had a single cigarette in my mouth, when I was coming from a tour the front desk guy challenged me saying that I smoked in my room. He was extremely rude embarrassing me right in front of other people at the lobby. Horrible situation.

Hotel Insalubre. O hotel completamente velho, porta do quarto encardida e não fecha direito, mesa e cadeiras em estado degradante, colchão e travesseiros moles e desgastados , mesa e cadeira de apoio toda descascada e antiga , porta do banheiro cheia de mofo e descascado, box cheio de lodo e mofo, chuveiro com água cheiro forte, papel higiênico de péssima qualidade até a cor é diferente, paredes são texturizadas deixando o quarto extremamente grosseiro, só tem escadas , veja pelas imagens que nos corredores do hotel eles deixam os lençóis no momento da limpeza , não tem um local para deixar e deixam nos corredores embaixo da escada cheio de tralhas , não tem elevador , corredores com luz mas escuro. Tentei cancelar minha estadia mas Hotels.com me informou que o telefone do hotel não estava atendendo e desatualizado , é um hotel que deveria ser fechado por respeito às pessoas, falaram que entraria em contato já sai da hospedagem e nem retorno me deram. Por favor observem as fotos . Fiz vídeos e não sei se é possível anexar.

Bom Preço, quarto confortável, limpo, ar-condicionado bom, café da manhã muito bom tbm, com variedades de opções… Atendimento dos funcionários bom, atenciosos. Boa Localização. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é que não tem estacionamento local. Mas no geral é bom!

Instalações muito antigas. Hotel precisa de reforma urgente. Por ter só 2 andares não tem elevador e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida impossível se hospedar nele. Não tem ninguém para ajudar a pegar as malas e subir as escadas. Quarto com mobília velha. Banheiro sem blindex e com aparência ruim. Ar gelando bem. O recepcionista da noite se não me engano chama-se Luís nada hospitaleiro nem um pouco simpático. Não indico e nem volto a me hospedar neste hotel.
