The employees were so hateful when I went to go check in because they said they didn't know who really stayed in the room, and what a strange thing to say to your customers. Like why would you want to make someone feel uncomfortable and then expect them to want to stay again. Also the heater worked somewhat but not very well.

Office staff is very helpful and professional. I stay here very often and I am extremely pleased with the customer service from the cleaning crew to the office. Including the maintenance crew. Will never stay here again. The staff acted like they didn’t understand English, their breakfast was a joke and then I was told I had to sit there with them in their “so called lobby” to eat my breakfast . I was not allowed to take my breakfast to my room. The coffee was extremely cold. I had to put it in the microwave and they had no juice at all. The room was not very clean. The sheets were dirty. It was a disaster.
