This 100-year old house is a completely American themed house.!

Brand new renovation, including original wood floors, 10 foot ceilings, new HVAC, plumbing and electric.

Master suite with private bath (bidet seats in both baths!)

Queen size beds, in three of the bedrooms, and twin over twin bunk‘s in overflow back bedroom. Full laundry room.

This house is priced for 6 folks,, but will comfortably accommodate 8, with a small additional per person/per night charge

Fully fenced and secure backyard with 7 foot wood fence, and locking, sliding gate parking for two vehicles. Additional curbside parking in front, that is very safe and street lit

Note: the entry driveway is double width sized, with the left side being for our use, and the right side, our neighbor.

There’s no problem with temporary parking to unload and load at front entry

With a 60 inch smart TV attached to subwoofer and surroundsound living room, separate dining area that will accommodate up to eight, separate breakfast nook for four, large, covered front porch, and covered back patio with gas grill, this house has everything to make your stay a memorable one!

No smoking/vaping, parties, loud music/groups, events, or pets. Thanks!

NOTE: Check out is at 11 AM. 15 minute grace period. $50 late checkout fee after 11:15 am. $100 after 12 noon. $150 after 1 pm….etc

The entire place from the Decor, Quite neighborhood, I found everything I needed in the kitchen, great outdoor space & im not forgetting the toilets!! Touch of class in every corner that’s the best way I can describe it!!

Weekend getaway

The home was exactly as listed. We loved the proximity to to Stock yards. Home was well stocked and very comfortable. I will say the bunk bed room does get hot and is not the same temperature as the rest of the home. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return.

Great Stay for our family

Beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The house was very spacious and welcoming. We made our own basic meal for breakfast with the groceries we purchased but due to the close proximity to downtown Fort Worth there were great eating spots nearby to explore and enjoy. We only had one vehicle but had no issues with parking. We highly recommend Americana House for your next stay in Fort Worth

The house worked great for our larger group. The bedroom setup is a little quirky, but nothing that is deal breaking. The neighborhood doesnt look the best at first glance, but nothing unexpected of the availability in the general location.

Americana House Stockyards

It was clean our group needed another bathroom but we managed noticed the bathroom off the living room needs some attention cleanliness around shower door and inside shower. For our stay it was nice.

Beautiful House & Close to Stockyards & Dickies

The house was very nice, a bit too much decor for me but very cute. Love the American Theme! I wish there was more kitchen stuff, cooking oils & spices (my vacation home has a spice rack from Costco with everything). But it was very cute house, would stay here again. We needed something close to Stockyards & Dickies & it was perfect.
