No one ever came to give me new towels straighten up my room and I was out of my room a lot so the entire four days I was there. I never received new towels or new bedding or anything.

Great hotel location in museum area with great restaurants nearby. Property conditions have slipped since our last visit. Lamp not working, window shade that would not close, no ice in refrigerator, etc. Breakfast is great.
