We will be using this house every year we come to Texas now! Location is perfect, so close to everything, the best host I’ve ever had when renting a VRBO, and the house had everything we needed. Everything was 10/10. We will see yall next year!

The property are so nice and clean every where in side the house looks so beautiful so comfortable Bad I sleep well as a baby with all the nice decorations.. we really enjoyed our stay we had a great family reunion and prayers also the neighbors are so friendly they welcome us when we arrived but I recommend you this place the Host are so nice and understanding person and helpful it's so great for a large family with the kids you will have so fun.. I will stay here again back in our next family reunion in Dallas TX.

The house was advertised with a hot tub. There was even a picture of a hot tub on the VRBO listing, but the house does not have one. Some other issues were broken drawers, broken door handle and shower handle. One of the showers fills with water as you shower and then eventually drains down, so it is useable.

Missing light cover and burnt out bulb.
Back yard fence.

-False eye lashes on bed which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of linens-Toilet loose at the floor, unstable -Freezer seal was damaged and door didn't seal which caused everything to ice up-Washer only washed on hot, wouldn't complete a cycle-Hot tub not hot. 86 degrees which is not usable -Dirty floors and under furniture -One drinking glass -Odds and ends silverware, some were broken-Dirty dishes in the cupboard -Dirty kitchen drawers -Broken drawers in kitchen -No hair dryer-Drain in master shower is dangerous and can cause injury -Dirty outdoor furniture -Partial rolls of TP, only one extra roll. 10 people for a 5 day stay.-Not enough towels for stay-Broken bunk beds, moved mattresses to floor. Flimsy, not safe for top bed sleeping. -Fooseball table broken-Pool table broken -Broken cue sticks, taped together -Pool balls, not full set -Balls of human hair in entry and bathroom as if someone cleaned out their brush.-Dishwasher was not secure -Bathroom sink did not drain-Dead cockroach on floor-Spider webs around house -Floors were filthy-Fridge shelves were in the closet-Missing TV remote for bedroom -Missing back for tv remote-No cooking utensils, one outdoor grill spatula in the kitchen that was the only thing to use on the non stock pans-Pro- couches were comfortable -Pro- pans were decent Would not recommend this property.
