The unit is occupied by a RING doorbell camera ( front door ) that records the entry area 24/7 and MINUT NOISE DETECTOR that detects noise inside the unit, minut noise detector doesn’t record any voices or conversations, it works by sound levels sensing the variation in the sound pressure and notifies us when it detects noise.

🧼 Cleaning Fee Policy

Please note that our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule. A $25/hour wait fee will be charged if the unit is not vacated by the stated checkout time, as this delays their work and impacts incoming reservations.



🐾 Unauthorized Pet Fee

We welcome pets only when added to the booking in advance. If there is any evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit, a $300 fee will apply to cover deep cleaning and allergen treatment required for future guests.



HOA charges $500 penalty for losing the garage remote
