The heater was off and needed to be turned up pretty high to be warm. There was lots of shopping nearby.

The heating was adequate. It was a lifesaver in the morning that a Panera was right across the parking lot. This hotel serves it's purpose for people in town for jobs but they have their own "working girls" hanging around. If you are a couple, family with children find somewhere else to stay. But hey, no bed bugs!

Room was decently clean and in decent condition except for the bathroom sink. We couldn’t get hot water from it, It was stained corroded with rust and the bottom was rotted wood that had been painted over. This could be relatively inexpensive to fix and would make the room great instead of decent. We had plenty of towels and hot water for showers so that was nice. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff other than check in and out but they were friendly. For the price it was an overall nice place to stay.

The people working were very friendly and helpful loved them! The housekeeping can be improved, I’m positive that the sheets had not been changed and we found needle caps behind the bed- very scary! There was no coffee maker in room and it was just very dirty and dingy could use an upgrade! The customer service made up for the other things- kind of……

Ok for a brief overnight, bare bones. Staff was friendly enough, room was clean, but lacked some basic amenities such as cups. Had fridge, but no microwave in room, bathroom fan not functional. Walls are thin and every sound comes through from all sides and the hallway loud and clear.
