Weekend stay for basketball tournament

Nice home in a nice location in Fort Wayne. Close to downtown and the various locations we had to go to for basketball. Neighborhood seems safe and well maintained. Close to restaurants and the local park. Very happy with our host, and she was flexible with our checkout due to our tournament times.

A cozy retreat, centrally located in Fort Wayne, IN

A cozy property right in the heart of Fort Wayne. A lovely neighborhood close to a wonderful rose themed garden park. We loved the modern kitchen with gas stove. Plenty of cozy blankets and extra fans. Spices, cooking oils, coffee, and tea were well stocked. Perfect as a retreat from either a busy family visit or vacation stay. Property was easy to access, easy to park, and we had groceries delivered at the start of our stay from the local Kroger. I highly recommend that, even if it costs a small fee. The convenience of not having to run out for a quick grocery run right after arriving was amazing. Skip laundry detergent, dish tabs, and even shampoo & conditioner or body wash, as all of that was thoughtfully provided.

Clean home nicely located in town. Short drive to local stores and attractions. Bedrooms all upstairs share one bathroom but another bathroom is available on the first floor. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Just what we needed

This house was just what we needed for our visit with our elderly aunt in Fort Wayne. Lots of room, so clean and well stocked. The private, off street, parking was wonderful and the deck in the back on a beautiful fall day was terrific!! Our aunt loves to play games and the large table in the dining room was perfect. Thanks to our host for great communication and availability during our stay. Oh....and the beds were oh so comfortable!!

This home suited our stay in Fort Wayne to visit family since we live out of town. Tincaps baseball game with fireworks afterwards was enjoyed by all ages. We used the bikes provided, as well as the corn hole game and grill. Two full bathrooms was a big plus for 6 adults. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. We would stay here again. The owner kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks, Carol!

We had a last minute need for a place to stay, and Carol was super responsive and helpful in getting everything ready for us. It was a nice comfortable place with clear instructions on light switches and electronics to help understand how to work things. Would highly recommend, especially for families with kids.
