Not happy and would not recommend

The hotel looks nice from the outside, walk in to a nice lobby and the fitness room looked adequate. The pool looked nice but is outdoor which is not great for a northern state with colder weather. The room we had was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. Carpeting looked old and dirty. Room had a wet bar which we ended up using the counter, sink and mirror to hold all of our bathroom supplies (i.e. Hairbrush, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, hair gel/moose... The bathroom had sink but no counter top - wallpaper peeling off the walls and the door did not close since it hit the bed. Shower water pressure was low. No room cleaning service provided on our second day. Nice TV but only about 5 working channels - no channel guide provided or available on the TV set. View from room 101 was bad - bunch of storage containers, forklift and a trailer. No coffee was available in the lobby at night. Breakfast was just okay. Stayed at another hotel chain the night before which had 5:30pm kickback (Food and Drinks), Coffee at night, a varied breakfast fresh waffles and pancakes, nice room, indoor pool. This hotel is being renovated but not in the room we were in. Other than the distance from our home we were not happy with our stay at this Hyatt location and would not recommend it.

This property was quiet, rooms are nice. Its a little dated however construction was in progress. Only negative i have is house keeping woke me up knocking on the door and it wasn't time for check out. I work night shift so i was not a fan of that. Otherwise it wasnt bad

When I arrived, no one was at the desk and it took 3-4 minutes before someone came to check me in. The room was nice and updated but the rest of the place was being renovated which I would have stayed some place else for a better price. I wasted my money. I chose Hyatt because of the reputation but now the name does not live up it.

When I checked in Judy was the rudest woman. It started with ignoring me at the counter and didnt get better. The hotel was under renovation but was clean and tidy. Our room hadn't been remodeled yet and it was clear. Thinks were tattered and worn but im sure thats due to switching over to the new brand look. The bed wasn’t comfortable but again, hoping thats due to renovation and there will be new matresses. It was for a youth soccer tournament. We would stay again.

Awful experience

Booked an accessible room. Upon arrival, given a regular room. Desk clerk stated there were none available (rude and dismissive, focused self issues). At checkout (next morning), clerk advised that accessible rooms were sold out when I booked; however, NO ONE from hotel called us (had my telephone number). We needed the walk-in shower and riser toilet for an accessibility issue. Carpet edges were filthy (grey/white built-up hair and dust). HVAC filter was filthy. Refrigerator made noise all night (not cooling despite coldest setting). No cold ice pack for the handicapped guest who needed it. We heard guests from 4th floor complaining (even to desk) about construction noise (at 8:15am). Bed is overly soft bed (e.g. feather). Handicapped guest needs firmer mattress, and was in more pain. Morning clerk stated she'd check with manager for a discount (she provided a small one); however, no further contact. She sat the whole time we were in the breakfast area, looking annoyed. Good breakfast buffet with real china and silverware (paper/plastic for coffee cups) but ran out of forks and spoons were serving size. Definitely some training needs to be done. We will never visit this location again.
