We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay.

When I got there my wife checked us in (she didn’t know what kind of room we reserved) the man said he had a king bed and golf out couch available. We reserved a two bed suite with a pull out couch for five people. When I realized we were in the wrong kind of room I went to talk to the gentleman at the front and he said that she didn’t know what room we had so he gave her the king room and she said it was fine and the suite is unavailable. I asked how it was unavailable when I had a reservation for it. Didn’t get anywhere with that we had to use the room we were in. The pool was Freezing. There were no towels in the pool room. The floors in the lobby and elevator were filthy. Our hotel room had not been vacuumed either.

Booked a 2 queen suite for 2 adults 3 kids. We arrived and were told they only had a king suite. This was 11pm and cheer competition weekend. So nothing else available. We said fine whatever. There were people sitting in the hallways at 11pm outside our room. No fault of hotel. The room was dirty. The trashcans had stuff in them. The comforters were dirty with red candy and dirt. There was piece of food on the floor and hair. The shower was covered in some interesting hairs. Overall it was a place to sleep for the night. But man the good reviews were deceiving. And the breakfast room was really dirty. Like my shoes are still sticky. We had to track someone down for food to be refilled. No cups for coffee either.

The work each morning at breakfast came in with a can of air freshener, thumb on the nozzle and sprayed half a can a morning it seemed, while we were trying to eat! And as someone who is immunocompromised this was not good! Moist halls- smelled like marijuana- the runner stayed with numbs in it in main door, coffee area not checked- I cleaned up a few messes there. And it’s $3.33 for each snack item, or she just picked a number out of h to be air!!!
