The room was in poor condition. The door did not close properly and looked like tk had been broken into to. The USB ports did not work and the ones that did work were not lined up correctly with the walls. The heating/conditioning in the room made a clunking noise whenever it turned on. In addition we came on a weekend where there had not been snow in over a week. The parking lot was pure ice- when we asked the staff anout they informed us that they did not own the lot and could not care for it. My last and final thought was that the pool was overly chemical treated- our daughter came home after with hives on her body hours after she got out of the pool. This hotel was in disrepair and an awful experience. The staff was kind and helpful; we will not be back.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet, with no outside noise. I will stay again when in the area. I did notice that although it's advertised to have a spa, I think it was closed. However the pool area appeared clean.
