Check in, we arrived right at 3 pm so there was a line, however many people in front of us were offered free bottled water and we were not, I did not ask for one either. The room was very fresh smelling, bedding clean, parking great right across from the concert I was attending. Free cookies and popcorn I saw were offered but I didn't take any. I would stay here again if I go to another concert.

There was a long line when we arrived, but the front desk was calm, friendly and efficient. The room was nice but there was a spot that looked like dried noodles on the floor behind the bathroom door and two wet bunched up washcloths on the shower floor. Those were my only complaints. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower. We had trouble accessing our room with our keycards several times, but, again, the front desk was very kind and even came up to the room to let us in. They had to reprogram the lock. They only billed us for one night instead of the booked two nights because of the keycard issue, which was very unexpected but appreciated. The location is very convenient to the Coliseum and a Purdue Fort Wayne, which dictates the higher price, but still worth it. Would definitely stay again.
