Great location and accomodations

The house was clean and we had all the basic essentials to function daily. We had a great time and will be back should we have another gathering.

We appreciated having five bedrooms and two living rooms with TVs, which provided plenty of space for our group. The beds themselves were comfortable, although the simple bed frames squeaked quite a bit and the bedrooms were otherwise minimally furnished.There were a few areas that could use improvement. Our check-in was delayed by an hour, while our checkout time was moved up by an hour, which shortened our stay. The kitchen supplies were also in need of updating, with several pans that really should be replaced. Most of the available glasses appeared to be intended for alcoholic beverages, so having more everyday drinking glasses would have been helpful.There was also a neighboring dog that was outside and barked frequently, which could be disruptive at times. One of the couches had its feet removed, making it feel unusually low to the ground and almost like sitting on the floor.Overall, the house has a decent layout and plenty of space for a larger group, but there are several maintenance, furnishing, and communication details that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.
