Rude, Argumentative Uncaring Hilton Management

Rude Front desk manager. The day of the customer being right is over he said. Unhelpful front desk manager, on a Parking issue. Unhelpful on an accessible room access. Rude and unhelpful and uncaring !!! Head office for Hilton unhelpful in a fair resolution to dispute from Virginia.
