Light switch in bathroom broken, no hand soap dispenser off the wall and no soap. Just went to shower and no body soap. Is it not the responsibility of house keeping to check these things? Staff on duty did provide hand soap as soon as I reported it after checking in. I had a gut feeling should have checked shower lotions

I felt harassed because there was a white guy around like 3-4pm he was working and me and my friends went to go look at the snacks and and changed our minds and put them back and he was claiming that we stole when there was clearly NOTHING GONE. He just keep saying and asking questions that didn’t concern him.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. The room was subpar. I give the following as areas of opportunity to improve: * The room was outdated, not a USB port in sight. Even the alarm clock needed a USB adapter for power, making it useless. * There was no hand soap in the room. * The tub was dirty and had mold. Positive: The bed was fairly comfortable Quiet building, which was great. The lobby looks as it was recently remodeled, hopefully there are plans to do the same to the rooms.
