Clean. Good breakfast. Front desk staff attentive. Housekeeping staff not so much. Used Hotels.com to book 2 rooms for 2 nights. They only had us down for 1 room. I needed one of the rooms to be a handicapped room for my 90yo mom and my handicapped sister. The handicapped room they gave us was on the 2nd floor down 2 long hallways. I said that wouldn’t work. They changed it to a handicapped room on the 1st floor, down the same long hallways, but accessible via the side door. Mom wanted new towels the next day, and no housekeeping came. I had to ask twice for a missing hairdryer. On a good note the desk staff worked to get the second room added. And the late night attendant worked to get me a hairdryer.

The facilities are renovated and it looks good on the website. But once you’re there, it’s ran down. There were some wide residents on the desk and Q-tips and a card and look like chopped up white residue on the desk. The staff was excellent!

Good value - rooms were clean, breakfast area was nice. Entrance smelled of cigarettes or weed every time but once inside OK. Did not like the 1/2 pillow size on beds.
