This beachfront 3 bedroom unit will sleep up to 8 family members comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed adjacent to the beachside balcony, and also has a private master bath with a double vanity and tub / shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the 2nd bathroom. The bonus room has bunk beds which is perfect for kids and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides even more sleeping options. All rooms have tvs & dvd players. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need and the full size laundry room offers room for your extra things. . The balcony provides direct ocean views as well as side to side views of the white beaches of Okaloosa Island.

We loved everything about our week on Okaloosa Island. The location was great. The condo was perfect. It appeared to be newly updated and everything was clean and fresh. The beach was not very crowded since it’s a smaller building and not a huge high rise like other locations. I would 100% stay here again.

This condo is top tier, normally you would nees to bring some things. This place had more kitchen utensils than you could ever need, well stocked, it even had sand toys and boodie boards for the kids. Excellent view to relax to sound and view of the waves and sunrise/sunsets. Will look into coming back my whole family loved it and also being close to Stewbies for dinner.

Clean & Well maintained

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Every appliance is in working order and the A/C works great. Property is well maintained. Stewby’s across the street is the best meal around. At the best price around. I did have to call to check out, directions say to check out on the Happy Stays app, but wasn’t able to find it there…. Otherwise, all instructions about property are well communicated.

Great beach vacation

Much nicer than photos. Roomy and well thought out accommodations. Wished the air conditioning was more efficient. Even following posted instructions couldn’t get it to cool below 77degrees. Thank goodness for ceiling fans. Had to buy a fan for bunk room.

Awesome view!

We stayed for a week for a family vacation. The location was great and the view of the beach is amazing from the patio. The property is nicely maintained and has a good variety of amenities. The option to rent kayaks and paddle boards from the beach was an added bonus. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a minor maintenance issue and property management was very prompt in addressing the issue. Would definitely recommend!

The condo itself was very clean and pretty. The building was ok. There were two pools but only one was available because of balcony railings being painted. This should be done in the fall during less busy times The one pool was so busy for the east and west buildings to share. Would try another condo next time in Fort Walton

Beautiful view. Nicely decorated. Twin bunk beds were uncomfortable. Several phone calls from the resort are a nuisance when someone is vacationing. Maintenance had to enter our room for an air conditioning problem two floors below us. The pools are also somewhat small. We did like the area. It was not too congested.

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful week in this condo. It fit our needs perfectly for a week at the beach with no plans! Everything was clean, stocked, and ready for us to go. All we had to do was go right down the street and buy some groceries. My only suggestion would be to add a pizza pan to the kitchen but then again, I think our family eats pizza more than most. :) We are already planning our next trip!

Amazing condo with an amazing view

This property is gorgeous. What you see in the pictures is what you get. It was very clean and had plenty of room you will not feel cramped in the space. They have a tv and DVD player in every bedroom. We took toys for my 3 year old but she found a big tub of wooden blocks they had in the kids room and loved playing with those all week! The bathtub in the master bedroom is huge great for long baths! You are just down the road from a publix grocery store so you can run out for a quick pick up. Also just down the road about 1/2 a mile is the aquarium and the boardwalk with all the resturants. You have your own covered parking garage spot right by the elevators so easy to unload and pack up the car. Pool is great perfect for kids 3-4 ft deep only and this condo comes with a set of chairs and umbrella on the beach that is set up every morning they are normally $20 a day. Again we LOVED this space and will be going back next year.
