Everyone was very polite and efficient. Was kind of surprised about the extra charges for parking and chairs on the beach. Our room had a leaky tub faucet that ran all the time and the bathroom stool was very loose. But we really enjoyed the hotel otherwise. And would stay there again.

I will never stay here again. The hot water went out at 8am. It was twenty nine hours before they have us another room. We had no assistance moving. The room we moved into was under construction. Had no paintings and the shower would not cut completely off. The manager on duty was very rude. Her name was Kimberly. I asked when we could get moved, she replied, sometime before five pm. We did not receive anything in compensation for having no hot water to wash with for over twenty four hours. They never offered us an apology. Her comment was that a storm knocked it out and they are not responsible. Facts: no storm came through and I am verifying this with the National Weather Service and will be filing a Civil claim for an entire refund.

Awesome staff...accommodating and friendly...the custodial staff work their tails off, never just standing around, very helpful...pool was clean...fantastic, close beach access...clean rooms with comfy beds...a few restaurants within walking distance but most others, we had to Uber...a storm had knocked out the entire hot water system for one building, were told it'd be fixed by morning, but it but wasn't. It was inconvenient to pack up and move, but we moved to another bldg. within 24 hrs. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great stay!

We got a suite and really enjoyed how spacious it was. Our view was amazing from the balcony. Loved the shower and bathroom. Tv got a lot of channels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze. The coffee and donut place downstairs serves delicious donuts. We only visited the bar once and it was a little pricey but convenient. Pool was clean. I only wish we’d stayed longer.

We killed roaches the second and third day in our room. The last night, we killed a roach in our bed. The hotel amenities said iron and iron board available upon request. We called to request, and they had no irons or ironing boards. The rhird day, we leakkes up to rhe bar/grill on the beach next to hotel (Manatees). When we went baxk to the beach, our chairs and umbrella had been stolen. The family next to us said their phone and yeti cooler was stoken. I guess you need to pack everything up just to get a drink or lunch on the beach in front of your hotel. Very disappointed for a $1200 stay.

A very comfortable stay. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Manatees was delicious for a midday salad. Very friendly staff. The outdoor comfort and accommodations were nice. Pool very clean. Elevator is verrrry slow. Account for that if you’re running late.
