Tv and internet didn’t work, shower door seal at bottom leaked water on the floor and we called the front desk to ask for more towels but no body brought them. Other than the flood in bathroom the stay was nice. Good bed and pillows but loud a/c unit

Beach was amazing! Able to walk down the beach for different restaurants or eat on site. Pools and hot tub could use a refresh but ok. Wear and tear from being on the ocean. Room was very clean.

Beach view was excellent, the wi-fi went out daily. Our room was clean except for crumbs in the couch crevice. We killed 3 roaches in a 24 hour period (we were there for 4 nights). The 800 number I called before I booked said self parking was free and not the case when I got there. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly.

The location was great and access to the hottub and two pools was wonderful. However, it took hours for us to get access to our room when we arrived due to technical issues according to the front desk staff which was frustrating after driving seven hours to get there with young kids. The ataff was sweet and gave us tokens for the kids to play in the arcade which theu really enjoyed. My biggest issue is that we stayed in a unit with a kitchenette but it was not stocked well at all. There was no knife to cut with. When i asked the front desk they said that they don't provide a knife because it is a safety hazard. How exactly do you prep food without a knife? And what is the point of having a kitchen if you can't prep food? Overall just lacking in the basics- there were three butter knives but four plates, no wine opener, no paper towels or sponge to wash our dishes. Another issue is that the ac unit is so loud in the room that it actually woke us up repeatedly during the night. The beds are not very comfortable unfortunately and overall the hotel is showing some wear. But the location is fantastic and we really enjoyed that.

The hot tub was warm and awesome pool was heated nicely and the view if you get to see the view from this hotel you need to the Gulf View is the best seventh floor is the best

Staff did not care about anything I brought up about my internet not working or that the phone in my room was not working. When we finally got to check in. There was a line of about 10 people also checking in. Took 20-25 min to checking. They never fixed our phone in the room. The cleaning staff never cleaned our room and had to call twice to get fresh towels to shower. While ate the pool and hot tub. There were little kids about 4 or 5 years old jumping into the hot tub whee I was. Not parent telling them to not do this. This went on for several hours. I had called three times to get towels to the pool, but again, they never brought any. This was absolutely one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. What happened to the Wyndham hotel.

The room was spacious, updated, and extremely clean. The beachfront balcony was our favorite part. The beach was pristine, as usual in the area. The pool and water slide were fantastic for the kids. Both restaurants offered a great variety and good quality food. We would definitely stay here again.

The beach front was not obstructed, it was a beautiful from view from our hotel room. We did not use the Jacuuzi. The staff kept the pool area and all around the hotel very clean. The Manatee restaurant on site was great, the food is reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money!! The staff there were very nice and friendly. We were there for days and had a wonderful time there.

During our stay, we unfortunately encountered several issues that made the experience disappointing. Our air conditioner was leaking a significant amount of water, and when I brought it up to the front desk, I was told this was “normal,” but that someone would check on it. Hours went by with no action taken. I also requested that our room be cleaned, but it wasn’t done until I called again to follow up. Eventually, because two large towels weren’t enough to contain the leak, we were moved to a different room. While I appreciated the offer of a refund and the kindness of the staff member who handled it, the overall process was very inconvenient, especially with all of our belongings already unpacked. Additionally, some of the front desk staff seemed bothered by guest concerns — they were dismissive toward me and visibly annoyed with other customers, including one who simply asked for hot water for his coffee. Customer service definitely needs improvement. On top of that, I was missing an item and was told it might be in housekeeping’s dirty laundry bins, so I’d have to wait for a call. The coffee shop coffee was poor quality, and our rooms weren’t very clean — there were cigarette wrappers in the bedside drawers, a strange liquid in the closet, and the overall property appeared run-down. While the refund was appreciated, the combination of poor service, cleanliness issues, and maintenance problems means I would not choose to stay here again
