This 6-bedroom house was set up specifically for large groups: 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 twins, across bedrooms that actually give couples and families their own space. Three full bathrooms means 14 people aren`t fighting over one mirror at 8am before the beach.

The space
Six bedrooms sleep up to 14 comfortably — not 14 squeezed. The layout works for multigenerational families or friend groups traveling together, with enough common area that people aren`t on top of each other indoors.
The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking — not just a coffee maker and microwave. Cook breakfast before the beach, come back, fire up the BBQ for dinner. The outdoor patio has everything you need for an evening without having to go out.
The private pool is the centerpiece. After a morning at the beach, you`re back in the water in minutes — no public pools, no crowds, no rules about when to get in. Smart TVs in the main areas and fast WiFi throughout means downtime is actually comfortable.

The location
Fort Walton Beach sits between Destin and Pensacola — less crowded than Destin in peak summer, but with the same Emerald Coast water. Okaloosa Island beach access is a 5-minute drive. Boardwalk dining, AJ`s, Brotula`s, and the FWB downtown strip are all within 10 minutes.
For groups flying in: Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is 15 minutes away.

Parking: Driveway fits 2 vehicles.
