"Hello Sunshine." Welcome to Waters Edge 613. This beautiful beach condo faces the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost with amazing panoramic views. Okaloosa Island is one Florida's top beaches and for viewing dolphins or catching that perfect sunset, you cant get a better seat. You will enjoy your own private balcony, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, private laundry machines.

The top-floor balcony features modern outdoor furniture with Sunbrella cushions for your relaxation and offers views overlooking the beach, pool, and courtyard. Adjoining the balcony is the main living space, complete with a lush leather sectional sofa and smart tv for a relaxing start or end to any day. Preparing your favorite meals and drinks is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an upgraded Tempur-Pedic cooling memory foam mattress and a wall-mounted smart tv for a perfect nights rest.

This was an excellent option for my wife and I. Neat little kitchen and living area that opens to a small balcony with a super view. The bedroom is a bit small but ample and having the 2nd full bathroom was a great amenity. Waters Edge has a nice beach and large pool and a handy parking garage. This unity is in close proximity, but not right next to the elevator.

Fun in the Sun!

Property was comfortable and well equipped. Had a beautiful view and nice balcony furniture. Access to pool and beach was easy. Only one problem: the bottom sheet would not stay on the mattress. Other than wrangling the sheet, everything was nice.

Nice place good location

We stayed over Labor Day weekend 2024. Clean place, king bed was comfortable. Has washer/dryer and provided detergent. and all the things you would need in the kitchen. They provide beach chairs & umbrella so you don’t have to pay to rent some. Huge pool and easy access to the beach. Could use some luggage racks but other than that a nice little getaway for 2.Gulf front, great views off balcony.
