"Unfriendly check-in staff. It was brought to my attention upon check-in that I owed extra money because we brought our two dogs. I made a comment that I wasn’t aware of this when I booked and the staff members stated it’s because I booked through a third-party like Expedia.. The room was adequate but nothing special. We were kept awake all night with the room above us banging on the floor all night and from outside with very noisy patrons coming and going all hours of the night. Our toilet was plugged when we got there and when I brought it to someone’s attention, they told me to use the plunger in the public restroom next to our room. Breakfast was nothing special at all.
Would definitely not recommend a stay there"
