Check in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. We are staying in the executive suite with kitchen. The room is clean and attractive, bathroom is spotless. The bed was very comfortabe. The only not-so-great feature is the pillows. I recommend bringing your own unless you like sleeping on extremely hard, extra thick pillows.

The staff were super friendly and attended promptly to our needs. I travel quite a lot and would have a difficult time naming another hotel that offers the same variety and quality breakfast -- even the variety of condiments shows the level of detail in making the first meal of the day enjoyable while away from home.

Cleaning lady was rude on the first morning practically demanding to clean before 830 am while my son was still sleeping. No cream and sugar in the room. Pots had no lids to cook with. Then we got no cleaning service at all on day two. The pool was freezing cold for our kids, and the grandson got sick with a cold. The wifi password didn't work and when I mentioned it, they just said to remove it and forget the connection and try again. It still did not work, and they had no other alternative or recourse. would not stay there again

The staff here are all lovely. The rooms are lovely and clean. The only thing about the room is that the big curtain can’t close all the way and we prefer a blacked out room so other than that the room was nice. The hot tub and gym are wonderful. The pool is freezing though
