The property was great. Clean and maintained. The staff was the problem. The breakfast attendant was very rude and nasty to people and literally screaming at children to move out of her way. When we brought this to the attention of the manager on duty her response was there was nothing she could do because she working and no one to cover for her. Then we went to the pool and asked if the pool had towels and the gentleman at the front desk said usually but there is none there and im to busy to get any. Yet he wasn't to busy to mop the floor after people were leaving the pool.
