• Pool heaters are not operated May through October, and water temperature varies with weather conditions.
• No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes.
• Minimum rental age is 25.
• No parties permitted; no overnight guests to exceed the number of maximum occupancy of 11.
• As with all Southwest Florida homes, occasional insects or geckos may enter despite routine pest control; refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.
