There was never anyone at the front desk and it was filthy behind the counter. We had to call a number and wait for someone to come. When they did, she was in her pajamas. It was 4:00. We left at 6:45 am and still no one at front desk. We asked to see room first but found it adequate for only one night. I thought we had a free breakfast but that was not the case. Won’t stay here again and we go to brush quite often lately to see grandkids in school now.

The amount charged was more than what was quoted by Hotels.com. It was very frustrating to work through this issue. The hotel would not budge. The clerk was professional but had no discretion to resolve the issue. The room was satisfactory. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast bar since it started after I needed to leave.

This is absolutely the trashiest Boarders I’ve ever been to. Beds were horrible. Everything was cheap and dirty. I’ve stayed at a lot of Boarders properties over the years and this is by far the worst and truly is reflected in their pricing.

Old and out dated. Price not honored as booked. Reserved 10 days prior to stay and upon check in had to pay more. Reservation was for $62 and charged $78. When told that wasn’t the reservation agreement, check in was delayed unless agreed to the up charge- “that’s our rate, take it up with where you booked it through.” Most equipment “out of order”- blow dryer, ice machine, vending machine. Breakfast had limited protein source- small Walmart brand yogurt.

This was a return visit to the hotel. Its a good value. Comfortable, clean, affordable. I mentioned to the staff they have an amenity many new hotels don't - towel racks in the bathrooms. The breakfast was, um, minimal. What was the pool is now a bar/restaurant. The restaurant food is more snack oriented than dinner, but its tasty.
