The first room we were assigned was like stepping into a Sauna. They were kind enough to get us a new room. This room was good but not what I expected. The bathtub was dirty and the glasses were not clean. The breakfast was not what I have had in the past. They are doing renovations which was not identified on the website. For breakfast they handed us a breakfast cold English muffin with sausage and told us to heat it up in their microwave. There is no resturauant because it is under renovations. If I would have know of these renovations I would have picked a different hotel. The staff were very friendly and gracious.

I had a nice stay at Prime. The staff were very courteous and polite. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the rate was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

We were not greeted very well lacking in customer pleasantries as in manners & a smile would have helped. I went to the front desk to request extra towels still “no can I help you” No hello nothing! We checked out it was the same didn’t ask how our stay was, or a good morning etc. The breakfast we received wasn’t what shows on the website. Christmas morning we were up very early to go to our grandkids & kids we got back to the hotel at 10:15 asked for the bag lunch breakfast I was late! I said really it’s Christmas morning she said no just like that. understand there are rules but seriously the hotel was essentially empty & front desk knew we came each morning so they prepared them but we were refused! We are seniors & picked your hotel for the convenience. Staff could really take a good look at proper hospitality. We booked 5 nights there are many other hotels in Fort Mcmurray I choose yours I will be reluctant to stay here again. I travel many times a year to Fort McMurray.
