The rooms were cleaned up amazing , their staff at this hotel is so friendly and welcoming when you come to check in on your stay or if you have any questions or concerns . I stay here often, this trip was extended due to highway closures and unsafe driving conditions to get back to Edmonton. Staff is always pleasant and helpful… even remember me when I walk in from spending so much time there. Will always be my home away from home when I’m in Fort Mac!

Great staff, very friendly. No issues there. There was hair in our bed when we arrived. Looked like pubic hair. The room’s Air Conditioner sounded like it was going to explode any second. It was the loudest and most frustrating noise to ever come out of an air conditioner. It was so hot last week as well.. We stayed 3 nights. It was not ideal for our toddler and baby.
