Central A/C not working in my room. Was told there were no other rooms. Gave me a portable A/C unit but was not even remotely able to cool room sufficiently. Room thermostat was still showing 25 degrees by the time I went to bed on the second night. On the evening I arrived on the first night it was over 27 degrees in the room. Someone brought the portable unit into the room but didn’t bother to set it up or even turn it on to start cooling the room before I arrived. I mentioned (complained?) about this to the person at the desk when I checked out and the clerk at the desk said “Sorry to hear that” but didn’t really do anything or say anything else to to show any concern for the issue I just raised.
