The room itself was ok. When we went to shower the towels were so worn they literally had holes in then and were paper thin. We went out for the evening, returned around midnight and the handicapped stall was occupied...not really a problem since there are more than one disabled people in the world however...it was discovered that the front desk attendant was the one parked there. Totally unacceptable and ignorant. I will never stay here or at another related hotel if this is acceptable to the ownership. Had a fantastic trip (even though it was in Fort McMurray) side from the accommodations.

No one there when we arrived and no one picked up the phone. By the time someone came to the front desk there were us plus 3 other guests in line waiting to check in. I’m the morning there was no fruit for breakfast. There was no eggs until some frozen eggs were brought out and said we can microwave them. There were small wrinkly sausages and bagels and that was it for breakfast. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t be coming back again

The food is very scant.. not like other hotels. Just disappointing. But after seeing the price compared to other hotels we basically got what we paid for. Lesson learned will never stay at one of those hotels again.

Breakfast area was new and beautiful. Festive tree and friendly staff greeted us at the check-in counter. Rooms are a bit dated, and are lacking a bit of maintenance. We loved the kitchenette, but the experience was over shadowed by the lack of up-keep and a noisy neighbour slamming a truck door a 1am .
